Maven is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Vice President of Sales, Health Plans to join our team.  In this role, you will help us further our mission by selling Maven’s leading solution for family benefits in collaboration with health plan partners in the commercial self-funded and fully insured market. You will work collaboratively with the health plan to build relationships and contribute to the sales strategy. 

As Regional Vice President of Sales, Health Plans at Maven, you will: 

* Collaboratively grow Maven’s relationships with Commercial ASO and Fully Insured health plans
* Build and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Maven’s solutions for health plans
* Understand the competitive landscape, technology, and market needs to communicate appropriate value proposition
* Maximize, drive and achieve revenue and sales goals, including management of the entire end-to-end sales process
* Build sales plans by strategically targeting prospects and identify opportunities that will lead to pipeline growth in collaboration with the health plan (i.e. email campaigns, cold calls, trade shows, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, partnership with inside sales)
* Prepare and perform all product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders
* Demonstrate consultative selling experience by assessing and capturing needs of prospective clients and defining the unique value of the integrated, end-to-end solution Maven brings

We’re looking for you to bring: 

* 8-10+ years of experience in selling solutions to health plans
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Communications, and Health related fields or equivalent work experience
* Experience working for a consulting firm and/or health plan 
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Exceptional sales performance history that can be confirmed through references and documentation
* Proven network within the health plan vertical and have run the entire sales process from prospect to closure for health plans
* Highly motivated, self-starting, and results-oriented
