Maven is looking for a high energy, passionate, and experienced Implementation Manager to join our Client Success Team. The Implementation Manager plays a critical role for Maven clients with a high level of responsibility and visibility across the team. You will lead the project plan and support the Client Success team through a client’s entire lifecycle (implementation, launch and ongoing relationship).

As the Implementation Manager at Maven, you will:

* Lead implementation planning with the client success manager and customer to solidify requirements and create a detailed project plan
* Drive project kick-offs and ongoing team meetings throughout the implementation process
* Maintain detailed project plans, issue logs, key decisions, open action items, and present the project status to internal management and customer stakeholders
* Define meeting agendas, check in on cross workstream project status, identify issues and develop solutions, escalating when necessary to ensure the project stays on track
* Share customer feedback and ideas with the Maven product team, and negotiate when a requirement needs to be met through a core product enhancement
* Document and share your learnings across the team to develop a ‘blueprint’ for successful implementation across other regions
* Work cross functionally with internal teams including Care Advocates, Growth and Product
* Support data analysis and reporting for accounts

We’re looking for you to bring:

* 4 - 6 years of customer-facing project management experience
* Experience implementing enterprise, data-heavy, SaaS software applications for companies over 50,000+ employees
* Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and an ability to juggle various moving parts and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams (sales, data management, product, engineering, customer success, and communications) to deliver a comprehensive customer solution
* Technical aptitude and interest to deeply learn the details of our product
* Passion for creating and delivering people-centric solutions in the health and wellness space
* Proactive, systematic thinker with strong collaboration, organizational and communication skills
* Tenacity and creativity you don't give up after the first, second or even tenth setback, instead you continue to innovate and collaborate your way forward
* Willingness to travel approximately <20% of the time

Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, you can learn them with us!):

* Knowledge and experience in the wellness and/or benefits space
* PMI certification is a plus
* Experience in a startup environment is a plus
* Knowledge of Asana and Salesforce is a plus
