Maven is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join our Growth team to work directly with clients and vendors to manage implementations of Maven and maintain strong client relationships after launches.  The Implementation Analyst will also be responsible for reporting internal client metrics during a crucial period, the first month of launch. Reporting to and working closely with the Member Growth Manager, the ideal candidate will be passionate about Maven’s mission and able to work and communicate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

* Work with the Client Success and Engineering teams to implement the Maven program for clients, including technical setup, marketing and communications collateral, and more
* Manage the continued delivery, audit, and processing of eligibility files throughout the relationship with a client
* Leverage data tooling (Looker) to track program performance, reporting on the launches of new clients
* Develop success metrics for telling stories with data for client reports
* Be a strong collaborative working partner for other teams, ensuring that work is correctly prioritized and documented

Requirements:

* Passion for healthcare and influencing organizational change
* 1-3 years of work experience in consulting, analytics, or marketing (quantitative emphasis)
* Experience working with third party clients and vendors
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Highly organized with effective problem solving abilities
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while holding yourself and others accountable for deadlines and deliverables
* Experience working with a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Domo, etc)
* Comfortable with SQL and relational databases a big plus
