The Role
Hands on with Linux/Android booting process, uboot configuration, rootfs, different filesystems
Board bring up and bootloader understanding
Porting of Linux kernel across various platform
Kernel device driver understanding.
Experience with embedded development and build environments including Yocto, Android
Experience in porting board support packages from reference platforms
Work experience with embedded systems: reading schematics, able to work with different interfaces such as UART, I2C, SPI, on Linux layer.
Good knowledge of using GSM/4G/LTE modem interfacing with embedded linux.
Understanding of the RTOS Concepts and RTOS based system development.
Understanding of the TCP/IP/HTTPS/TLS/DTLS
Familiarity on one or more Linux Shells such as Bash, commands, scripting, etc.
Programming Language skills: C, Assembly, Python & other scripting
