Job Responsibility, but not limited to:

Proactively and effectively identify customer needs, understand business issues and drivers behind specific request.
Build and deliver custom presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects by matching specific client business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Work with the Project Management office to scope, define, write, review and present Statements of Work (SOW)
Possess the knowledge and expertise of all AOPEN solution products.
Work closely with Solution Marketing and Management teams to stay current on all AOPEN product features and offerings.
Provide input to Solution Marketing on client needs and industry trends for product enhancements.
Assist in the preparation of SOW and RFP responses.
Deliver technical and sales oriented presentations to customer’s technical staff and senior management.
Recognized as technical point of contact and technology expert by customer.
Maintain high level knowledge of competitive product lines, especially as it relates to technical strengths and weaknesses of the competitor's products.
Provide continuous knowledge transfer to the sales team regarding technical aspects and benefits of the AOPEN products and services.
Must be able to travel nationally as required.


Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of hands-on work experience in a Windows/ChromeOS/Linux/AndroidOS environment with good understanding of Operating System concepts and networking.
Understanding of basic programming principles and development cycles
Must be multi-lingual in Chinese, English and Cantonese
Excellent team player able to work closely with other technical and business development colleagues.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight time constraints in a calm manner.
Ability to absorb and integrate large amounts of information in short timescales.
Able to combine technical elements with business needs and business requirements of clients.
Relevant experience/familiarity with content management systems.
Student from China is also be considered. **
