We are hiring a Director of Customer Success for full-time employment. We are an early-stage startup that is growing very rapidly, so we're looking for someone who can move fast.

Compensation is competitive and includes commission. Long-term hires with the company can receive equity as well.

Responsibilities

* Lead a diverse team composed of Mid-Market and Enterprise CSMs
* Grow revenue in existing enterprise clients
* Improve, deepen and grow personal relationships in account base
* Negotiate contracts and agreements (renewals and expansion deals) to maximize profit
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
* Forecast and track key account metrics
* Demonstrate client empathy
* Focus on delivery value

Requirements

* 5+ years of successful Account Manager experience, including team leadership experience
* 2+ years of meaningful SEO, content strategy, or intelligent content experience
* Experience / ability communicate effectively at executive levels
* Be comfortable creating and delivering presentations
* Persuasive, results-orientated and practical, eager to build relationships
* Ability to see solutions in complex situations
* 2+ years of SaaS experience
* Experience with leading CRM tool (i.e.: Salesforce.com)
* Willing / ability to be hands-on where required
* Travel (est. 25%)
* Work from Boston when not visiting clients
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Entrepreneurial attitude and approach
* BA/BS degree
