The Role:

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development professional that is not afraid to dive into a dynamic, hybrid role. BDA's at MarketMan will be motivated self starters that possess strong sales acumen while demonstrating a fearless approach in developing prospect relationships. You’ll have the opportunity to cultivate and drive an entire end to end sales cycle, from prospect to customer success, to managing partnerships.

In this role, you will work 1:1 with Sales Directors to develop and execute sales strategies, generate business opportunities and build new business. The role will comprise SDR tasks, Partnership management tasks, and working on new projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage lead generation and nurturing programs. You will be responsible for objectives, targets, tactics, metrics, and processes to drive customer and data acquisition
Research, identify and qualify key players to develop a pipeline
Execute campaigns to decision at target F&B/Hospitality accounts
Schedule calls and meetings to introduce MarketMan’s platform to prospects and qualify interest
Seek out new integrations and partners, manage existing partner relationships, coordinate activities.
Achieve and exceed goals and quotas related to qualifying leads and revenue objectives
Maintain a strong understanding of the food-tech industry.

Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required
2+ years’ experience in an SDR/BDR or similar role
Experience in SaaS and/or B2B a strong plus
Experience in F&B and/or Hospitality a Strong plus
Conceptual understanding around development and execution of lead generation
CRM experience strongly preferred
Ability and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment

Goal:
To manage a full end to end sales cycle for new sales prospects as well as sourcing new partners and managing existing ones. Log CRM, schedule meetings, and effectively pass off new customers to the CS team. As it relates to outbound sales, you’ll be responsible for building prospect lists, properly maintaining cadences of emails/calls, and assisting the sales team in closing larger sales. From a partnerships standpoint, you will help source new prospects as well as manage existing relationships.
