The Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven Field Account Executive to join our growing sales team! Account Executives at MarketMan are motivated and possess a strong sales acumen while demonstrating a fearless approach in developing account relationships. Using a consultative approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs. By understanding their unique needs, you will develop a customized solution that helps their business thrive. We need your passion and sales expertise to help us build the MarketMan brand in your geographic territory.

This is a 50% travel, field sales opportunity. Candidates must be willing to attend regional trade shows 3-4 times per month.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales generation and nurturing programs. You will be responsible for objectives, targets, tactics, metrics, and processes to drive customer and data acquisition
Present to C-level executives on the value of the MarketMan solution through product demonstrations in person and via web tools
Prospect, nurture, and close new business
Accurately forecast and execute on quarterly revenue targets
Negotiate pricing and sales contracts to close new business while navigating multiple decision makers
Work closely with sales, account management, and customer support teams to ensure our customers are successful
Achieve and exceed goals and quotas related to qualifying leads and revenue objectives
Maintain a strong understanding of the food-tech industry

Required Skills & Experience:
Previous field sales experience in a restaurant tech/saas role.
Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Self-motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure
Experience canvassing and cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success preferred
Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus

Position Benefits:
Work Status: Full-time, Salaried
Compensation: Paid out twice monthly
Bonus: Paid out Quarterly Based Upon Performance of set goals as described in the bonus structure.
Benefits: Meal Ticket offers an unlimited PTO plan and 15 company-designated paid holidays. The company also extends a “paid vacation” stipend in which an employee is paid up to $2,000 to be applied towards vacation expenses.
