We are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join our team. The Mark43 Sales Operations Associate is passionate about the next generation of public safety technology. In order to accelerate the growth of the Mark43 platform, this role supports all aspects of marketing, business development, and sales operations and requires a data-driven approach to understanding the end user, buyer, and global public safety market ecosystem.

You will be primarily responsible for supporting deal execution activities and also building and optimizing the lead generation and conversion tools in the Growth team technology stack. On the day-to-day, you’ll be working to ensure systems and processes are in place to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and communication within the team and company. However, your insights and recommendations will also drive our global growth strategy and operations.

 

What you can expect to work on:
Supporting all lead generation and conversion efforts
Supporting Account Executives in lead qualification and demo preparation
Supporting Marketing and Business Development in organization and distribution of leads
Serving as the business owner for various tools in our technology stack
Responsible for ongoing maintenance and refresh of sales enablement documentation and equipment
Training new team members on proper usage of sales tools, equipment, and internal processes, as well as coordination and scheduling of ongoing product training for sales team
Building and supporting internal processes for managing the Mark43 deal desk
Maintaining deal books and pricing documentation
Monitoring various sales communications channels and acting as a go-to resource to help the sales team in their efforts to win new business
Adapting to and thriving in a rapidly changing early-stage startup environment
 

What we expect from you:
BA/BS from an accredited university
2+ years of experience at a B2B SaaS company, preferably in sales or operations
Previous experience with Salesforce and automation tools like Salesloft
Advanced Microsoft Excel mandatory
Fluency in Google applications, Microsoft Office, and project management tools like Asana
Meticulous project management and organizational skills
Team player mentality and positive attitude towards providing support to a busy team
Willingness to empathize with users who may be unlike yourself

Ownership over your own work and a commitment to every part of a task, from big picture to small details
An attitude that is self-motivated, humble, detail oriented, and committed to quality
Passion for supporting law enforcement, first responders, and other government agencies
