What are your responsibilities
As the Tech Lead, you think & act more as a boss than an employee on technology leadership. You translate business needs and lead the tech team to develop products, improve quality and explore new possibilities.
• Work with Business to provide solution architectural, developmental and technological options according to our roadmap
• Translate needs into technical specs, lead product management and the development team to deliver products and quality on schedule
• Design and develop DevOps best practices and performance
• Own each module and its features from initial discussions through to release
• Balance long term code health and sustainability with progressive business needs
• Develop and lead a DevOps team
• Guide, coach and mentor junior developers

• specific skills below: • Bachelor in Computer Science or a similar field or relevant experience • Expertise in building large scale frontend and related backend workflow, documentation, database & other applications • Expertise in applying appropriate design and integration patterns to deliver complex business requirements • Expertise in SQL, relational databases, big data, graph database is a plus • Expertise in service oriented architecture and REST based web service development • Expertise in PHP, Laravel framework and modern JavaScript frameworks, tools, and libraries like Angular JS, Native, NPM, Promises, ES6, and Webpack • Expertise in cloud-based systems (GCP, AWS) and virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes) a plus
