We're looking for a results-oriented customer facing Account Manager to join the Manufactured Team.

OTE Comp is split between Base / Incentives based on performance and experience.

The role is primarily about helping SMB / startup brands finding vendors, on-boarding them onto the Manufactured system and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Chasing and replying leads inbound from Website, Blog, Partners and Referrals
- Qualifying, pursuing and closing sales opportunities using Apollo.io (Zenprospect), Pipecandy and Email campaigns.
- Consultative Sales to SMB leads who need guidance and sign up for VIP / Premium Subscription.
- Exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Using/maintaining internal sales tools (pipedrive.com) for CRM and pipeline management
- Engaging with technical, operations and/or executive team members in complex sales scenarios
- Developing client proposals that effectively communicate our products and offer customized solutions for each unique brand requirement
- Ongoing, self-directed monitoring of contract manufacturing competitors and market developments
- Regular engagement with product management to deliver intelligence on client needs
- Customer Management end-to-end
- Relationship driven sales and lead closure
- Shorten sales cycles from lead to close
- Build and deploy sales strategies to improve funnel conversion

High Level Expectations:
- Understand customer needs
- Clearly educate customer on Manufactured's offerings
- Use current systems to make sure the orders are documented.
- Prioritize company goals to maximize team output.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer expectations
- Create processes, systems for best practices.
- Work with tech team to test, iterate and build workflows and systems.

Must haves:
- 3+ years experience in SMB facing Software / Startup Sales / Account Management / Business Development.
- Startup Experience (ex-Founders welcome!)
- Past Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Contract Manufacturing or Sourcing
- Past experience at SaaS sales and account management
- Experience handling support email (Front App), support and drip marketing.
- Customer facing SaaS sales experience.
- Affinity for software, web platforms and skill around emerging technology.
- Ability to operate under pressure / multi task
- Customer facing success roles

Nice to Have:
- Experience working in Pipedrive CRM
- Experience with sales prospecting software - Apollo.io (Zenprospect), Pipecandy,
- Experience working with Pipedrive CRM or similar.
- Prior Manufacturing experience
