Metaverse startup Mallconomy is creating the most fun shopping mall built for the people, by the people!

The Mallconomy is a platform built on Polygon that allows users to buy, sell, trade and own digital assets in a virtual shopping mall. Assets are bought and sold in the form of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and represent shops, wearables, products and other property.

$WOOT is the platform's ecosystem token and the native driving force that fuels the creator economy.

Our team combines a wealth of experience in Fintech, AI and Game Development and has an exceptional track record in building digital communities in both the Web2 and Web3 spaces.

In total, we are a team of 29, positioned across 4 continents, with ambition to grow!

We have assembled the right tech hub to execute our vision with five full-time employees in Folkart Towers in Izmir, Turkey.

THE ROLE

The Lead UI/UX Developer will join a team of experienced and proven experts with Fintech, AI and Gaming backgrounds, working closely with the Co-Founder / Tech Lead (CTO) to design and implement market-leading MaaS services in the Metaverse.

The right candidate will have a proven background with strong technical skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment with our tech hub Izmir, Turkey Office, you will be putting your experience to great use.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Min. 5 years proven experience in a similar position
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
• ReactJs based UI frameworks
• Typescript and Javascript
• HTML5 and CSS3
• Good understanding of DevOps processes
• Unit testing frameworks such as Jest
• End to end testing frameworks such as Cypress
• Good understanding of presenting tabular data which is efficient and scalable
• Good understating of data visualisation using charts
• Microsoft Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code
• GIT
• Good understanding of Azure
• Knowledge with C# .NET preferable

** Must be based in Izmir, Turkey.

NICE TO HAVE

• Startup experience
• Passionate about all things blockchain, crypto, and decentralised finance
• Previous blockchain experience
• Min. basic FIFA’22 skills.
