Business Development Representative - Real Estate (Contract)
We are looking to hire a Business Development Representative to help find and recruit residents to live in our short-term housing facility. As a Business Development Representative, you will generate and qualify leads (both inbound and outbound), conduct tours of the property, and prepare and coordinate completion of license agreements to enable residents to move-in.
This is a part-time (around 20 hours per week), contract position ending June 30th, 2020. We are looking for someone who is able to start right away. Flexible working hours/schedule. Must be available to be on-site to conduct housing tours for prospects but open to allowing working from home on other days. Base pay + a performance-based commission plan!
You'll have the opportunity to develop and forge relationships across the city with different organizations and institutions while also helping to ensure access to housing for students and others here in the city for educational purposes.

- Previous sales/business development experience
- Indomitable energy and strong interpersonal skills and initiative
- Able to make process improvement recommendations
- Experience working across departments to address their needs while still working to achieve your team's goals
