We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to lead our business owners from initial training to $500,000 in revenue by year one. In this role, the success of Main Street's business owners is your success. You'll work with Head of Success and be responsible for owner NPS, owner revenue goals, and time to revenue.

What you'll do...
- Coaching: Execute on the playbook to train and coach owners from start to launch
- Product Operations: Builds scalable processes with an eye towards productization in concert with our product team.
- Training Operations: Reduce the time to launch for our 40+ owners through our training platform.
- Support Operations: Build an ongoing relationship with 40+ members and find a way to make sure Main Street and HQ Vendors continuously support them.

What you've previously done…

- 2+ years at a high growth startup in an operations role
- 1+ year experience as a coach, mentor, trainer or TA
- Started something from scratch [bonus if you've run your own small business]

- You have wide ranging empathy skills and are a strong written and spoken communicator that can own a room and be the local face of Main Street
