As a Customer Success Manager at Mailbutler GmbH, you will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
The person in this role will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager and CTO.

What you will do:
- Provide technical and product support
- Investigate and solve customers' problems
- Write knowledge base articles about frequently asked questions
- Lead qualification
- Send reports to development and sales team

What we expect:
- Great amount of experience with a proven record of success in the field of customer support.
- Excellent communication and writing skills (English and German)
- Taking responsibility and work independently
