Represent venture-backed startups as trusted outside counsel, working on formations, financings, mergers, contracts, hiring, and everything in between.

Requirements

Experience representing venture-backed startups at a reputable firm: We will give comprehensive, hands-on training every day, but you should come with enough experience to hit the ground running.

Ability to build great relationships: The technical legal skills are important, but our business is built on relationships of trust with our clients. Most companies have bad experiences with their lawyers, and we are here to be the exception that becomes a key part of our clients' businesses.
