Preferred Skills:

People-skills: The position is high-touch business development. Interact with executives of major companies regarding explaining Magic & Co's value proposition.

Organizational-skills: Keep track of sales process status - opening conversation, proposal overview, and closing phase.

Motivation: High-energy person, aggressively pursue opportunities and in concert with your organizational-skills, make sure to followup with people and that nothing slips through the cracks. Smoothly and seductively connect our services to their needs.

Flexibility: Dynamic at all times, responding to each individual's specific situation - identifying client personality type ahead of time, going with the flow.

Client service differentiates us from our competitors and nothing defines who we are like initial talks with person in this position.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a highly sought after position and over time is intended to bring large monetary benefits. We offer a salary range between 40k-120k depending on the candidate and 10% lifetime commission on deals, equity in the company, healthcare, and more information will be provided. Position can be remote with occasional office visits or in office, or blend of both(but in the beginning will have to be in office for training). Person must be in and around New York City. We are flexible on the above.
