We are a software development consultancy with high profile clients and also incubate our own startups. We are thus very busy.

This position is for a secretary or Office Manager who the CEO can trust with both business and personal affairs. The goal is to have this person become Office Manager over time, and then beyond.

The job could mostly be remote infact except at least a minimum a few days in the office a week.

The job responsibilities are:

Scheduling appointments
Getting people who are in the waiting area
Appointment setting
General Admin - forms
Company Social Media
Some sales support
