We are looking Business Development Manager (BDM, B2B Sales, IT Sales, Sales Manager, Direct Sales, Area Sales Manager, Marketing Expert) for selling of Digital Marketing Service, Mobile Applications, Website development sales industry to be based at Faridabad

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Prepare a database of all companies in the region assigned, which are potential buyers of service handled by Madhyam Technology
2. Send out Information kit to prospective customer giving information about Madhyam Technology service offerings
3. Generate Business from market. Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationship with all potential and existing clients
5. New Customer acquisition activities like Cold-calling, lead generation, meeting prospects, submitting proposals.
6. Following the sales process from start to close. Eager to expand company with new sales, clients & territories
7. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales target and expand our client base.
8. Arranging Business meetings and one-on-one conversation with prospective clients
9. Effectively Communicate the Value proposition through proposals & presentations
10. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and address target audience by inspiring sales speech
11. Managing end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation
12. Participate in the performance appraisal process for personal and organizational growth


Skills & Qualifications:

1. Should have experience in the B2B lead generation
2. Should have Selling experience of SEO/SMO/PPC/Website designing & Development/Mobile applications.
3. Responsible for making sales strategies, business proposals & presentations.
4. Strong Communication, Presentation, Negotiation & sales closing Skills.
5. Must be proficient with MS-Office and lead tracking tools
6. Proven track record of sale success
7. Male Candidates & Minimum 1+ years of experience in Corporate IT/Software sales will be preferred
8. M.B.A or Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Marketing required with 1-5 years of experience in Direct Sales/ Business Development


Job Location : Faridabad
Annual Salary: 4 - 6 Lac Per annum
