Sales Development Manager

As the Sales Development Manager, you will develop, train and hire highly driven and hardworking team members. The Sales Development team is the first interaction with prospective Lyra customers and is key to our success. In your first year, you will:
* Spend up to 50% of your time as an individual contributor as the team is ramping.
* Develop prospecting call flows and sequences.
* Provide continuous and constructive mentorship for our SDRs, as well as lead recruiting and onboarding efforts as needed. You will have a track record of driving and delivering results while also incorporating empathy and integrity into a hands-on style of leadership.
* Hire, coach and lead a team of SDRs.
* Experience leading and improving Sales Development critical metrics and process.
* Develop an outbound and inbound sales machine.
* Develop the sales, product and industry skills of each team member.
* Regularly report on team/individual results.
* Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales Ops, Sales.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years prior B2B sales and/or B2B sales development experience.
* 1+ years in a sales management position at a SaaS or B2B company.
* Consistently hitting and exceeding quotas(team and individual).
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly-changing environment.
* Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills.
