We are looking for an experienced Licensed Mental Health Professional with a passion for training and supervision to serve as the clinical lead for our Mental Health Coaching program.  In our amazing, clinically proven Mental Health Coaching program, our specially trained coaches work with a suite of proprietary CBT-based digital tools to promote emotional wellness. Supported by a team of Coach Program Facilitators, you will be primarily responsible for the overall quality of our Mental Health Coaching program. This includes training new coaches, consulting on challenging cases, providing feedback and ongoing clinical support, continuing education, and overall quality assurance.

* Licensed Master, PsyD, PhD level mental health clinician 
* 3+ years of clinical experience 
* 3+ years of experience with clinical supervision, as well as teaching and training  
* Skilled in providing evidence-based treatments (specifically CBT, DBT, and ACT)
* Experience with coaching preferred but not required. Must be passionate about the role of training coaches in promoting emotional wellness
* Comfortable with technology 
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment - We move quickly to evolve tools and protocols based on data so we need people who are comfortable with constant change, feedback, and improvement.
* Independent, open-minded, non-judgmental, compassionate and flexible
* Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)

Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work onsite in our Burlingame office, though  we are also open to partial work from home arrangements (i.e 2 days onsite, 3 days from home)
