We are leveraging a strong brand, an exceptional management team and a solid operating foundation to build one of the most recognized distributors of cannabis products.

What you will do:
With your social media expertise promoting lifestyle brands, we’ll introduce Lyfted brands we distribute to consumers with engaging, meaningful content. We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager, who loves being involved with a mission-driven team. We’re transcending the cannabis category to engage consumers with the brands we distribute, now it’s your opportunity to spread the word!

Specific Responsibilities:

Passionate about the evolving cannabis category and the opportunity to make our brands leaders in the category and beyond

Create outstanding social media strategies and be our social media expert

Be the voice of the brand on social media - via copywriting, content curation and community management

Engage with the community by communicating the core brand values and strategic pillars

Develop shareable content that with all consumers, focusing on Lyfted quality, lifestyle and effect-based brand architecture - make that come to life in social media

Manage the day-to-day execution of social media strategy social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc

Create and oversee the creation and engaging brand awareness and social media content (including paid platforms)
Build and oversee the content calendar to plan and optimize content for each platform

Be proud and represent as the community manager across all platforms, promoting positive brand conversation and engagement
Think strategically and creatively - make great things happen, in a way only Lyfted can do
Lead social media events, and assist with overall events, PR campaigns

Essential Requirements:
5+ years of proven social media success and promoting fast-growing, start-up brands/products

Experience marketing lifestyle brands
Growth hacking experience - implemented growth hacks that have created buzz and sales
Proven success in strategically distributing content across platforms
Live in and love the world of social media - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Massroots, Linkedin, Telegram, etc
Innovative, forward thinking and ahead of social media trends – you lead it!
Creative and analytical mindset, ability to interpret data into actionable insights
Optimistic and positive attitude and thrives on challenges

Team player with excellent communication skills and detail oriented
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Start-up and CPG experience a plus
