We're looking for hungry, driven individuals with a determination to win (deals) and accelerate growth. This is one of those rare opportunities to have a huge impact on a company's direction and top performances will have the ability to move up the ladder very quickly.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Lead list sourcing and generation across different verticals
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound calling and emailing to decision-makers
- Have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Set up meetings for the sales team with all qualified leads
- Become an expert in anything and everything LVRG
- Proactively maintain pipeline using our CRM
- Articulate learnings back to the LVRG team for product roadmap prioritization

Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 6+ months of outbound B2B experience, BDR/SDR experience is a plus
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to prospect and identify new business opportunities
- Ability to work within and improve sales processes
- Experience managing pipelines in CRMs
- BA/BS degree
- Self-starter with a competitive nature and desire to grow a career in sales
- Experience in a startup environment a strong plus
