This internship will be reporting and assisting the COO of the company with various tasks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the daily management and maintenance of the showroom.
- Assisting with event planning and execution.
- Day to day bills management.
- Inventory tracking for multiple brands.
- Physical work that may involve moving boxes and samples from place to place.
- Clerical tasks that involve calling multiple service companies to find out about issues with payments and shipments.
- Managing all necessary clerical items at the office, this might mean from office supplies to booking plane tickets.
- Managing the website and the information displayed.
- Creation of meeting recaps and documentation.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritize
- Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word knowledge preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and Twitter
- Excellent office etiquette and strong attention to details and deadlines
- At least 1 reference or letter of recommendation (preferred)
Job Type: Internship
Salary: $15.00 /day
