About Us:

About You:

- Passionate about customer service and have genuine empathy for others.
- Work great alone (from home) but also very collaborative in team environments.
- Impeccable grammar, spelling, and overall communication skills (note: all of our communication with our customers is in writing!)
- You LOVE all things hair care, especially curly hair care (you will be talking about curly hair struggles and correct use of our products all day!)

Ok, so now that we got that out the way, let's talk a bit more about what we're looking for.....

Our customer support function currently consists of 7 incredible women who all work remote but around the clock to provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support to our customers.

We're based in Toronto and looking to add 3 more individuals to the team to fill EVENING & WEEKEND shifts. Please note, we are on EST and looking to fill 3pm-11pm shifts Mon-Fri, and 9am-11pm on Sat & Sun but your shifts MAY change/rotate and we will give preference to those with open availability.

Our customers are women with wavy and curly hair. They contact us via email and social media channels (FB, IG, etc). So your job will be responding to customer tickets via email and social media.
