As a Product Manager at LUNCH:ON, you'll work among star engineers, designers, and operators in a fast-growing environment. The role demands a mix of technical depth, principled thinking, and well-honed product judgment. Given the multi-sided nature of our business, this leader will not have the luxury of having tunnel-vision for any one area; rather, you will need to think holistically and understand the business deeply to set the right long term strategy for the product.

As a Product Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Executive Team and report directly to the Head of Product. You’ll be charged with forming the long-term strategy of the Product Team, defining success criteria and continuously refine product-market fit. You’ll work with a small but passionate team of designers and analysts, in addition to working closely with our engineers.

Successful applicants will have a sharp business sense for staying ahead of our competition, growing our addressable market and effectively utilizing technology to scale the business. They should have a strong sense of leadership, drawing on past experiences to guide the team towards success and best practices, while giving space for our strong and creative team to flourish.

- Product development alongside engineering, design, operations, marketing, and local markets. You'll drive the product definition, strategy, and long term vision for initiatives across multiple audiences.
- Identify the biggest problems to solve. Drive new feature development from start to finish.
- Run user research, usability studies, data-driven experiments to inform product direction.
- Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics after launch. Consistently integrate behavior data and customer feedback into key product decisions.
- Communicate product plans, benefits and results to all audiences - within teams, company and guide comms and marketing strategy with regards to future releases.

- A visionary that constantly identifies new opportunities to offer/expand on new product lines, expand our customer base, improve internal efficiencies and improve the existing customer experience.
- Natural ability to make stuff happen around you through influence. You handle chaos, ambiguity, and complexity, in a detailed, organized way.
- Stellar product instincts and an ability to balance user and business impact
- Experience analyzing and using data to inform decisions.
- You understand how to run A/B and multivariate tests, using customer data to drive decision-making, and are willing to question your assumptions on a regular basis.
- Provide guidance to the team on best practices of product development, user research, agile sprint planning, data analysis, and competitive analysis.

- 4+ years of experience in Product Management and a proven record of success as a Product Manager/ PM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen ability to express complex topics into simple explanations, especially for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leader and motivator, able to impart learning from key past experiences and keep plans on track for timely and high-quality execution.
- Sharp business acumen; deep experience with executing on new product launches, both successful and unsuccessful, from conception to release.
- Experience in both start-up and more established environments is preferred.
- Strong interest in logistics, online-to-offline, on-demand services, transportation, marketplaces is a huge plus.
