Launched to the world on Kickstarter, Lumos raised over $800,000 USD skyrocketing it to the top 0.1% of campaigns. It has recently launched in over 300 Apple Stores across the globe as of May 1st, 2018.

We’ve been named the “Best Bike Helmet for Commuters” by Business Insider, and featured on USA Today, Slate, WIRED, CNN, Quartz, TechCrunch, among many others. Fun-fact: our helmet won The Design Museum of London’s Beazley Designs of the Year Award in 2016, beating Tesla 3 in the same category. We’ve also won awards from Eurobike (the Oscars of the bike industry), Red Dot Design, and German Design Council’s Bicycle Brand Contest.

YOU ARE PERFECT FOR US IF YOU ARE:

Experienced with Facebook ads, Google Adwords, and are deeply interested in becoming (or already are) an expert. You’re extremely motivated, a self-starter, independent, and looking for an opportunity to be an integral part of a small team and have a big impact.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:
- Strategizing, planning, and executing all digital marketing / digital advertising activities (85%+ on Facebook)
- Creation and development of audiences in target markets
- Creation of content and creative (eg. Photos, video, Flixel etc.)
- Creation of flows across all platforms (Facebook, website, email, Google etc.)
- Direct responsibility for a large (six figures USD) digital advertising budget
- We anticipate you spending 80%+ of your time primarily on Facebook, tweaking and optimizing on a daily basis

Note: Given the early stage of the company that we are in, a high degree of adaptability is expected and required for this role. We are constantly learning new things and adapting our strategy and activities accordingly.
