A Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Their job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Eligibility
Experience
10+ years of experience in IT Service Industry

5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.

2+ experience in BFSI vertical and Data Analytics

Must-Have Skills

Self-starter, entrepreneurial, passionate and tech-savvy

Experience building executive relationships

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills

Empathetic to customer needs, work to understand the questions that customers ask and why.

Have the ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of individuals within all organizational levels.

Have the professional maturity to take ownership, operate with transparency, and focus on producing results.

Ability to develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions

Good communication skills

Skilled at identifying client’s needs and the dimensions of human interaction

Ability to sense urgency and prioritize accordingly
