WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Lumen5 is looking for a paid media / PPC specialist who is just as passionate about executing digital marketing campaigns as they are about strategizing them. Our ideal candidate has 3+ years experience in paid media management.

You'll be responsible for refining our paid media approach and executing these tactics via multiple channels. In this role you will be responsible for helping to grow Lumen5 and will provide a positive ROI though paid social campaigns. You will be an integral part of the digital marketing team and strategy.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Executing and managing online advertising campaigns to ensure high performance
* Build Lumen5's digital ad strategy, including building out multi-touch retargeting campaigns to nurture Leads
* Analyze & monitor audience, competitors, and trends to meet and exceed goals
* Develop and manage SEO, SEM, SMM, CPC, online advertising campaigns, etc.
* Run A/B split tests to optimize campaign performance and gain valuable insights about our campaigns
* Compile and analyze performance data for creative, landing pages and experiences to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
* Manage media buys on various advertising channels
* Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of (ever-changing) Google and Facebook tools for building campaigns, audiences, conversion tracking, and other tools used to deliver results
* Monitor and optimize campaign performance by clearly reporting results, trends, problems, and opportunities – with a focus on return on ad spend and MRR generated

Requirements

* 3+ years of digital advertising experience
* Experience using social biddable platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
* Experience working with Google Analytics and Google Ads
* Experience working with $100k+ monthly ad spend
* Strong Math and Marketing skills, capable of drawing insights from campaign reports
* Ability to effectively juggle diverse demands and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience working with small & medium businesses is an asset but not required
* Experience with the following technology is nice to have: Mixpanel, Intercom, BareMetrics
