Working closely with the CEO your will lead all Luko key partnerships projects in relationships with Growth Marketing & Product teams. You will be in charge for all stages of key Partnership Success / New Partnership / Business Developpement / Partners Relationship and Optimisation. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, results-oriented with strong analytical thinking, hunter, passion.

With this position you will become best friends with European most successful tech companies leaders and involved into a lot of events, networking and some travels.

Partnerships, Luko #1 growth channel, has proven to generate healthy Unit Economics and is Luko strategic priority. After few months in the position you will lead a Partnership squad team with dedicated business developer, account manager and tech resources to develop very cool integration with :

- NeoBanks & Fintechs
- Real Estate and proptech Scaled Up & Startup
- Utilities & telco
- Some secret partners ;)

**Your Missions :**

- Identify, approach and onboard the key strategic partners
- Define and lead action plan (marketing plan, product, operations, sales ...) and partnership business model
- Negotiate hard while keeping Luko love 💙
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise existing and future partnerships based on data
- Engage with our key partners, create relationships and alignment for long term success.
- Define Luko partnership global strategy, building a successful case to be replicated in other markets
- Build your team and push your partnership project within Luko tech & biz teams

**Preferred Experience**
- You are a real hunter with a strong business sense and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- You have at 2 to 5 years’ experience in entrepreneurship, strategy, business dev/partnerships with proven track record of success with making deals happen
- You have a strong interest for the tech, fintech, proptech – ideally, you have a previous experience in a related field
- Passionate about growth and eager to learn, you are familiar with the start-up environment and working in a demanding change-oriented environment
- You are an analytical thinker who can make data-driven decisions
- You want to build unique customer experiences and create cool tech product
- English is a no-brainer & fluent in French
- You have a Bac +5 background from leading Engineering or Business School
