Our new agency will offer our top clients a full service experience - each with an account manager and a team of top experts (Shopify developer, designer, performance marketer, and more).

Being an account manager is a terrific opportunity to grow as a digital marketing professional and gain greater experience in all aspects of the craft.

Responsibilities: --------------------------------------------------------------

Client Relationship:

• Be the main point of contact for the client throughout their relationship with Lorem. From the start of their first project through all development, design, and growth projects.
• Fully understand the client's goals and translate those goals into high-impact projects.
• Be an extraordinary communicator with clients - managing their expectations and deliver a superb client experience.
• Treat the client's website and business as your own - proactively ideate and suggest projects to help them reach their goals.

Project Owner:

• Help architect dev, design, and growth projects in close collaboration with clients.
• Act as project owner for all projects - from idea to written spec to a detailed kanban board with assigned tickets.
• Manage the client's budget against a projects roadmap. Staff experts from our VIP expert pool, and set individual expert payouts per project.
• Manage the day to day communication and work performed by your expert team.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and the remote collaboration process to ensure that high-quality work is produced on budget and on time.

Expert Management:

• Staff projects and client retainer accounts with the best expert team possible.
• Set the expert payouts and manage the client's budget to ensure projects and retainers are successful and profitable.
• Source ad-hoc contractors for projects as needed (ie: illustration, photography, animation).
• Engage experts as remote team members and help build our company culture.

Knowledge & Skillset: ------------------------------------------------------

• You're a full-stack e-commerce expert who has likely built several beautiful and high performing Shopify websites for clients.
• You can wear almost every hat if needed. Whatever you can't do, you're familiar enough with to manage and QA the work done by your expert team.
• You stay on the cutting edge of e-commerce trends and know Shopify like the back of your hand.
• You can effortlessly discuss e-commerce strategy and translate it into the design, development, and creative work needed.
• You have experience managing $20k+ creative projects, including the multiple project and business stakeholders.
• You're a master of communication - not only expressing things clearly but intuiting the information needs of various stakeholders.
