The Role

Login VSI is growing and we’re seeking dynamic people for newly-created Business Development Representative (BDR) positions for our brand-spanking-new US headquarters in Woburn, MA. The BDR is at the nerve center of our entire marketing and sales organization, prospecting within our targeted vertical industries and talking with people who have already demonstrated an interest in our solutions and figuring out if they really are good sales prospects. The BDR position has a potential career path into our Marketing and Sales organizations, so this is a great opportunity for new grads and others those seeking an entry into enterprise software and solutions marketing and sales.

Responsibilities:
• Contacting a steady stream of existing customers, inbound leads and generating your own leads under the direction of the Account Management team.
• Introducing Login VSI solutions to these leads and determining whether they are qualified new prospects for our solutions.
• Nurturing existing prospects to the point of conversion to our sales teams

Skills:
• Desire and attitude to succeed making high volume, outbound calls and originating cold calls to potential customers.
• Good telephone presence, discussing complex products to multiple business tiers with multiple messaging components.
• Ability to deliver solution proposals with direct economic value propositions, pain detection, problem definition, decision maker identification, and relationship building.
• Comfort on the telephone with technical personnel, senior management and middle management, conveying both the technical and business value propositions of Login VSI solutions.
• Resourcefulness to identify key contacts within targeted accounts.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with MS Excel and other Office applications

Plusses:
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics CRM) and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, or Act-On).
• Knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) software or it’s related hardware components.
• Knowledge or interest in one or more of the following industries:
o Financial Services
o Health Care
o Givernment
o Academic/Education
o Energy (Oil & Gas or Utilities)
