Job profile:

1.Building online contacts within Odisha especially a specific area and create a database of people interested in our product.

1. Identifying and create a data base of potential clients and interact with them via phone, online , chat , zoom call also physically.
2. Converting small businessmen into potential clients , motivating them
3. Ability to write and speak fluent English, Odia and and Hindi

4. Every day need to talk to at least 15 potential clients

5. Basic sense of converting ideas into business plans and ability to executive them in a very very systematic ways.
   Selling of ad space of app and website
   Good negotiation skill
   Knowledge of creating beautiful power point
   Knowledge of internet
   Ability to launch web nair/ video conference
   Knowledge of Excel , google form, google sheet
   Three month internship with target
   Job offer at the company

Fixed internship Rs. 6000 per month Incentive: increased to Rs. 15000 if meeting the given target : If not met the target 15 percent of the total business done plus fixed internship

Exceeding the target : fixed internship plus 25 percent of the business done. if the target is met every month for three months the fixed internship will converted to remuneration to Rs.15000 plus intensive at the same rate described above.

If the target is met every month for six month the remuneration will be converted into salary upto Rs.30000 plus incentive at the same rate described above.

If the target is met for one year the fixed salary will be increased to 75000 per month plus incentive at the same rate described above.

Knowledge in social media, multi media , digital marketing will be added advantage
