We are looking for a Sales & Account Manager to be a multi-functional lynchpin at this exciting phase of Loantime’s growth!

The Loantime Sales & Account Manager will support our company’s growth through a blend of sales, account management, marketing, operations, administration, and special projects, in addition to providing assistance to the CEO & management team.

*Sales & Account Management*
● Source and qualify new sales leads (hospitals and medical facilities), researching each facility to determine their needs
● Develop prospects using sales strategies including phone and email to set up appointments
● Secure and onboard new clients through sales, integrating them onto our platform, providing training and on-going customer support
● Strategize to develop new business with existing clients, identifying areas of improvement to meet sales targets
● Collaborate on the creation of marketing and sales materials
● Work with the CEO and executive team to build a database of Loantime’s provider network using Salesforce
● Prepare weekly and monthly reports on account status and performance, tracking key account metrics, and communicating the progress of monthly targets and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
● Serve as the main point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts, dealing pro-actively with account challenges, seeking new opportunities, and keeping clients happily engaged with our services
● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
● Support our product team in developing client-focused features and tools, providing feedback and facilitating new product launches
● Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our clients, and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
*General Operations*
● Assisting in new employee setup and on boarding.
● Supporting multiple cross-functional team projects and initiatives, accomplishing related results as needed.

● Demonstrates the ability to anticipate needs and proactively seeks to find solutions to problems, using common sense, research, intellect and creativity
● Mustn’t be afraid to ask questions, take responsibility and learn from mistakes, embrace constructive feedback, and be a constant student
● Multitasks and prioritizes with minimal supervision, handling demands from various team members, and be able to communicate and execute to deadlines
● Exceptionally detail-oriented and takes pride in constantly producing high-quality work
● Innately ambitious and hungry to use their skills, experience and passions to become a high-impact, invaluable member within an exciting, growing company

● Relevant experience in sales or account management
● Strong proficiency in MS Office and G Suite
● Knowledge of back-office responsibilities, systems and procedures, and ability to quickly learn CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and administrative software
● Digitally savvy, including social media platforms, project management tools, and relevant software (e.g. Slack, Basecamp)
● Excellent listener with strong written and verbal communication skills
● Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
● Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
● Proactive and entrepreneurial, with the ability to anticipate client needs and seek out new opportunities

Ideal but not required:
● Graphic design proficiency (Keynote, PPT, Photoshop or Sketch).
● Intermediate/strong Excel skills (pivot tables, large databases).
● Experience and passion for fintech and/or healthcare.
