Founded in Australia in 2014, Liven is a universal rewards network with an integrated payment facility aiming to consumerise cryptocurrencies for everyday people. Since 2014 Liven has grown to service 400,000+ users transacting at 1,000+ venues in Australia’s two largest cities, Sydney and Melbourne, with international expansion beginning in Q3 2019 in Asia, UK and the US. Annualised run rate of tens of millions in payments already Liven rewards users with our network currency for every transaction they make. Liven is already integrated with a number of key Point of Sale (POS) partners allowing it to reach more than 20,000 venues. The next step in the evolution of Liven is the addition of blockchain to this payment system through the incorporation of an Ethereum ERC-20 token called LivenCoin, or LVN.
Before you ask, Liven is already a VC backed startup raising $11.5 million in traditional capital. Merchant partners on the platform include major brands like Din Tai Fung, Coco Tea, Rockpool Group, Mad Mex, 8Bit, Roll’d, Messina, Dragon Hot Pot, and many more.

What you’ll do
Join a high-performing team tasked with executing a scalable, impactful, delightfully sticky in-app growth engine.
Identify and target levers critical to user adoption and retention; drive them with in-app experiences to achieve our ambitious growth goals.
Be granted the autonomy and support to pursue any idea or initiative you pursue.
Receive mentorship that provides the foundational mindset, principles, and skills necessary to succeed in product growth.
Establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives to drive adoption and engagement for the LivenPay app.
Use customer lifecycle-based marketing strategies to acquire, engage, retain, and win-back customers using mobile marketing automation.
Test and learn across mobile channels, managing multivariate and A/B testing campaigns.
Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimisation tactics that consistently improve each digital funnel’s efficiency.
Leverage customer insights learnings, and think creatively about how to segment, target and reach potential customers and ensure validation through testing.
Collaborate closely with technical, business, and design teams within Liven to ensure alignment across the business.
What you’ll need
A rare mix of creative and analytical thinking.
Able to initiate and drive complex projects to completion with minimal guidance.
Experience learning new concepts quickly, and in ways that naturally lead to curious, self-driven exploration of those ideas.
Strong quantitative skills; numbers-driven, but sensitive to the limitations and qualitative/behavioral factors that inform data trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to independently conduct analyses into the significance of campaigns, and present sound inferences about who, why, and to what extend an experiment contributed to core growth outcomes.
Intellectual curiosity and humility.
High openness; skilled in synthesizing concepts from disparate sources into actionable ideas.
A tinkerer mindset; you enjoy making iterative improvements in response to objective feedback, whether it be directed to yourself or your projects.
The ideal candidate will possess:
An intuitive high-level understanding of front end code (HTML, CSS, JS).
Experience with UX design, customer journey mapping and a keen interest in behavioural psychology.
An intuitive understanding of APIs; experience working directly with them.
