About the role
IT Support Specialists at Media Creek facilitate our customer support program for all Media Creek brands; Live365, EmpireStreaming, Abovecast and ColoIP. This includes working with our customers via email, live chat, and phone to help answer a variety of items ranging from minor service questions to documenting potential software bugs.

The core aspects of our daily team operations include:

  • Engaging with current and potential customers by answering product and service questions via email, chat, and phone
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts with proper documentation
  • Following established help desk best practices for managing inbound and outbound communications
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and following appropriate escalation paths
  • Contributing to the team effort by working collaboratively in order to accomplish related results as needed
  • Contributing to both internal and external documentation
