Position Title: Territory Sales Manager
Department: Sales, Outside

We are looking for self-driven, enthusiastic individuals to help scale our product and take our business to the next level. This position will require deft people skills, optimism, and willingness to think outside the box.

Territory Sales Managers perform outside sales calls and conduct frequent visits to potential and current customers to sell product and services. This role will be responsible for building a sales territory as well as hiring and leading a team of Outside Sales professionals. Individuals employed in an Outside Sales roll will be required to promote our brand in a positive way that reflects our mission and business strategies. Approaching potential new clients with informed enthusiasm and cultivating relationships with existing clients will be crucial to this role and remaining successful within our organization. Linga POS will support its sales team by giving them the tools and information needed to develop successful connections, however we are looking for individuals who can expand upon and independently utilize collateral to attain additional accounts and revenue.

Job Duties
• Frequently contact potential or existing customers to inform them about product or service. This will require regular local travel.
• Answer questions about products and services relating to the company.
• Ask questions to understand and analyze customer requirements and be able to accurately apply our product to meet their needs.
• Accurately manage customer information
• Track sales activity in CRM tool as directed
• Take and process orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Constantly seek ways how to improve on performance or company practices
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualification
• Previous Payments, Point of Sale, Processing space experience preferred.
• Proven experience sales/customer service role is considered as an asset.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota in general.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Apps)
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent intrapersonal skills – able to manage one’s own feelings and emotions when in stressful situations
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma required
• Previous successful sales experience required
