The Role

Lineups is changing the way people shop for apartments online. It started three years ago when we deployed the first Multifamily Portfolio CMS. We started by deploying a lot of regional landing pages (market and neighborhood pages) for SEO value, then we expanded into hosting individual apartment microsites.

Our new initiative (drum roll) is a website engagement app that collects valuable lead data and gives the prospect a personalized web experience. Our pilot groups were wildly successful.
We are seeking a creative marketer who can take our company to the next level by driving qualified leads to our lead nurturing program in HubSpot. We need a team member who can define and articulate a vision, set goals, plan and execute strategies, and track and share the results (good and bad).

We want a team member who believes in the power of content marketing and take ownership in our content marketing program. You will manage the content calendar and build our social media presence.
We want a team member who thrives in the startup culture. Not afraid to wear multiple hats and can juggle high priority tasks from time to time.

Responsibilities:
Drive traffic to the website from advertising campaigns you will be responsible for managing.
Optimize marketing strategies across paid search, SEO, Social, Trade Shows, Trade Journals and offline.
Focus on improving KPIs like CTR, CPC, and CPA.
Get creative with A/B testing. Test headlines, photos, CTA, and Landing Pages.
Develop strategies to increase our marketing reach with link building, content distribution, social media, blog posts, and white papers.
Create and manage an engaging content calendar across social and industry channels
Write 4 Case Studies a year showcasing our customers and our value proposition.
Coordinate and execute various B2B marketing programs in HubSpot to deliver targeted email campaigns for user acquisition & re-engagement.
Extra Credit: Use our software to generate unique and personal marketing videos to high-value leads.
Review and approve any blog post submitted by another team member. And when team members are missing deadlines, get creative on how to encourage them to not fall behind.
(When the world is normal again) Plan and manage trade show exhibits.
Apply for local trade awards, by submitting your own creative campaigns.

Qualifications:
HubSpot, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and Data Studio would be nice. As well as knowing how to build and run campaigns in LinkedIn, Google Ads and Facebook.
Strong analytical skills and proven ability to slice and dice data to find hidden answers. Did I mention we use Google Sheets?
Outstanding Communication. Enjoys talking to clients and asking questions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that requires multi-tasking from time to time.
