We’re looking for a highly-motivated intern in New York City to help us execute a successful launch campaign. We’re flexible with days/times, as long as you can commit to 10-20 hours per week in our Brooklyn (DUMBO) office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support our CMO in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across all channels. Examples of things you might work on:
-Managing our social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) as needed.
- Customer support & experience.
- Keeping our Shopify website up to date & optimized
- Scheduling/publishing blogs and other content from Lilu.
- Identifying key influencers via social media, blogs, etc
- Schedule email campaigns in Mailchimp
- Set up and monitor Facebook ads
- KPI tracking/reporting across all marketing channels
- Responding to customers via email, website & social media.
- Coordinating our influencer program.
- Assist with photoshoots & events.
- Research tools and design surveys to collect user feedback


QUALIFICATIONS

Ideally you have experience with and/or a passion for the following:
- Women’s health
- Entrepreneurship & Startups
- E-commerce
- Marketing & Customer Experience

* Must have a basic understanding of Excel & Google Sheets.
* Familiar with Facebook Ads.
* Any graphic design skills or knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!
* Experience with iMovie, Adobe Premiere or other video editing is also a plus!
