The Role

Who We Are
Distracted driving is the #1 cause of vehicle collisions today. At LifeSaver, our mission is to make the roads a safer place for commercial drivers. We’ve developed a patented, simple, and no hardware solution to completely change the game of fleet safety. Companies across the US are using our enterprise software to prevent and discourage their employees from taking their eyes off the road, and we are passionate about the massive opportunity to spread our technology nationwide. Service fleets, government fleets, and local delivery fleets are using LifeSaver to reduce their at-fault crashes by 25% or more. We have closed an initial funding round, and have launched channel partnerships with auto insurance companies and fleet telematics resellers.

What You Will Do
You will be LifeSaver’s first sales hire and our full-cycle sales leader. We need you to manage the entire sales process from start to finish and be our brand’s ambassador to prospective customers. Be responsible for closing revenue and referenceable customers from our bountiful inbound lead channel as well as source, develop, and close net new leads. As we continue to innovate, you will play a key role in leveraging your deep understanding of the problems we solve to help define and launch new solutions.

What You Will Accomplish
- Achieve 20% QoQ growth across this channel
- Close 10% of target accounts
- Generate $120k of ARR in next 3 months

How You Will Succeed
- Independently maintain and grow assigned accounts and partnerships
- Meet regularly with clients to build and nurture relationships with client executives
- Identify and drive upsell and growth opportunities to broaden LifeSaver’s footprint
- Develop new and efficient sales process and best practices

What Specific Experience You Bring to the Team
- 2+ years of selling experience with a SaaS company, including at least 1 year in a closing role
- Proven high performer (100%+ of Quota YoY) in a startup environment
- Excellent oral and written communication and client management skills

What Additional Qualifications You Might Have
Experience working in or around the transportation industry, or in other safety-related roles
