What you'll do:

We are looking for a data-driven and highly organized, team-oriented individual who will drive our internal sales & operation planning process. In this critical, highly visible role, you will be responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products, and creates and maintains forecast models for their customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts, and other sources. Support sales & operations planning forecast and inventory tasks relating to on- time shipments, achievement of forecast accuracy and days of stock goals.

* Create and maintain a demand plan by determining the model that is most appropriate for each SKU based on velocity
* Manage end to end demand forecasting (both volume and value) across multiple categories to improve customer service levels and to reduce end-to-end COGS and working capital
* Prepare and execute monthly cadence of Sales & Operations Planning meetings involving Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
* Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication
* Create, issue and track Purchase Orders in ERP system for all production while working closely with Operations and Factory
* Review, revise, and cancel purchase orders on a regular basis for all replenishment orders
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment
* Understand and follow company rules and regulations
* Perform all other duties as assigned or required


About you:

* Typically requires 2-3 years’ experience in demand and supply planning, forecasting, statistics or other quantitative analytic disciplines
* Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
* Experience in leading meetings across various cross functional leaders, including executives required
* Communication: Engage in written and oral communication that is clear, unambiguous, transparent, and consistent with the organizational vision, mission, and values
* Job Knowledge: Understand duties and responsibilities, have necessary job knowledge, have necessary technical skills, understand company mission/value, keep job knowledge current, be in command of critical issues
* Process Management: Able to create, manage and improve existing processes to support S&0P process
* Teamwork: Drive all team deadlines and responsibilities, listen to others and value opinions, help team leader to meet goals, welcome new team members and promote a team atmosphere
* Influencing & Negotiation: Can present ideas and directions that lead others to action
* Problem Solving/Analysis: Break down problems into smaller components, understand underlying, issues, simplify and process complex issues, understand the difference between critical details and unimportant facts
* Collaboration: Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners, including sales, marketing and manufacturing
