Cofunder / Fullstack node/Javascript engineer

We are in an early stage of relaunching the startup.
This is for a cofounder position that means it will be unpaid/no salary for 3-6 months during which the plan is to rebuild the product, build traction and raise funding.

This opportunity is for someone to come in either as a tech cofounder, or as a first technical hire. Either way we're looking for someone with both ideas and the ability to implement them and has at least 2 years of experience with NodeJS and ability to pickup PHP

Help us migrate from PHP to NodeJS.
Rewriting the PHP code written on YII framework including sphinx, varnish and various php packages and finding equivalent package on Node including a framework.

Must be proficient reading PHP code and then translating it to Node using best coding practices.
