About this Position:
As a company focused on the origination, servicing, and financing of Income Share Agreements, data analytics plays a large role in every aspect of Leif’s business. We are constantly analyzing data to help inform decisions and implement processes. We are looking for a quantitative Client Acquisition Manager to strategically design, launch, and manage various acquisition projects for our b2b efforts. As a direct report to the CEO, the Client Acquisition Manager will work to transform how we focus and execute on market segmentation and acquisition strategy as it pertains to implementing Leif’s ISA distribution strategy. This individual will play an integral part in helping to set Leif’s foundation for scale and growth, while driving towards our mission of increasing access to education and unlocking opportunity for individuals across the US and beyond.

About Leif:
Leif is a social enterprise startup with a mission to increase access to quality education and training at an affordable cost to students. Leif provides students with a viable alternative to traditional student loans, through a technology-first platform that offers, manages, and arranges financing for Income Share Agreements. Outstanding student debt in the US recently surpassed $1.6 trillion, with expected defaults to reach over 40%. Furthermore, 1 in 6 graduates has debt that exceeds their income. ISAs remove this burden on students, allowing them to access quality education and training while also aligning success between the students and their schools.

- Master the core foundations of Leif’s business drivers and use this mastery to define Leif’s b2b customer segmentation policies
- Build out Leif’s acquisition/ distribution strategies through complex data analysis and A/B testing of the acquisition funnel
- Continuously track key metrics and validate the success of initiatives while creating new hypotheses to test
- Own the end-to-end execution of the strategy and partner with sales, engineering, product, and legal/ compliance as necessary

- BA/BS degree, preferably in a technical field
- Superior analytical skills with the ability to find, analyze, and distill data into actionable insights
- Comfort finding creative solutions to ambiguous problems
- Self starter
