Learnerbly is a London based, VC backed Professional Development Platform which helps employees build the skills they need to meet the challenges of the Future of Work. We care about how new knowledge is applied on the job, and how it can propel growth for both the employee and the business. We make sure that this process is as easy and enjoyable as possible for our users, ensuring that they never feel lost.

We go beyond learning to focus on development. Our platform is based on three key principles:

- supporting them through the learning process.

We're looking for a Sales Associate to join our team and help initiate some of our most strategic relationships. This role is based in London and is likely to grow into a Sales Manager or Director role.


Top Funnel Activity

Reach out to potential customers through email, phone and social media in order to qualify sales opportunities for the wider team
Research, identify and contact potential Learnerbly customers
Assist in the development and ever-evolving team prospecting strategy
Provide potential customers with an articulate understanding of Learnerbly’s mission as well as the platform and content Learnerbly can provide
Manage and maintain a deep pipeline of potential customers

Sales Support

Liaise between top of funnel prospects and Learnerbly Sales directors by both facilitating calls or meetings, and strategically partnering with the CEO and Directors on target clients
Ensure that all hand offs to account directors are smooth and exceed customer expectations
Support Directors to close deals and help navigate complex sales through call prep, deck creation and targeted follow up.

Marketing Support

Work closely with the Product team to understand how best to market Learnerbly to our target audience
Create messaging and narrative to capture the attention of target customers
Produce thought-provoking and insightful blog posts for the Learnerbly website and Medium channels
Manage Learnerbly’s Social Media presence.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fully proficient in a Mac and Google environment
Proficient in Google Suite
Experience writing emails and utilizing social media
Demonstrate the ability to quickly build rapport both internally and externally
Ability to seek, structure, and synthesize large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information to solve problems
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other related fields preferred not required (marketing, communications, writing, etc...)
Ability to speak a second European language a plus – French, German, and Spanish in particular. (optional)
A self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take responsibility for the full stack of business development activities: you enjoy working as part of a small team, rapidly iterating on strategy, and roll up your sleeves to build something great
0-2+ years of experience in sales or other related fields (Previous experience not required)
