Leapfin is looking for an experienced Head of Demand Gen to join our growing team! Reporting into our CEO, you will play a key role in building and owning all aspects of our demand generation and growth programs while working hand in hand with our Sales team. As our first marketing leader, you’ll also be responsible for developing our marketing strategy, building process, and managing a budget.
- Build a successful demand gen engine to drive a predictable, scalable, and repeatable pipeline of MQLs.
- Manage all acquisition channels including ABM, offline events, direct marketing, paid advertising, PR, and nurture.
- Consistently evaluate and A/B test new channels.
- Forecast, measure, and analyze all demand activities.
- Partner with Sales, PMM, and Product to design, optimize, and learn from programs fueling demand.
- Crushing your goals!
- 5+ years of B2B marketing/demand gen experience in Enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of consistently hitting your goals
- Ability to be strategic while not being afraid to get your hands dirty
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work cross functionally
- Highly motivated, self-directed, team player
