Partner Manager

As a Partner Manager, you are a leader creating the interface between LeanIX and our international partner ecosystem. This is your chance of building an industry leading partner ecosystem from the ground up!You have a passion for business development and will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling and managing a number of our advisory-, SI- and technology partners. You will build relationships on all levels with your partners and execute towards joint business plans in order to support the joint strategic goals of LeanIX and our partners. For this, you will coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, R&D, customer success) to deliver a world-class experience for your partners and our joint customers.

Responsibilities:

Build and manage an industry leading partner ecosystem
Source new sales opportunities with partners and drive a joint success story
Take partner solutions to market
Take ownership if the entire partner lifecycle from recruiting, enabling and management of partners
Build go-to-market plans with identified focus partners towards the achievement of sales objectives
Build and intensify relationships with industry-leading advisory and technology organizations like Deloitte, PwC, Detecon and many others
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology departments to evolve our partner strategy when new features and products are introduced

Minimum of 5 years experience in partner, channel or alliance management within a software company
Ideally, past experience working with IT service firms like Accenture, Deloitte, PwC or similar companies
Experience in technical and commercial partner enablement
Comfortable working toward sales-targets and executing joint business plans
Experience in managing various stakeholders to support partners in all aspects
Strong negotiation and communication skills across all levels
Passion for a start-up culture and building new things from the group up
Fluent in English (German, French or Spanish is a plus)
Ability to travel
Background in IT management consulting is a plus
Background in Enterprise Architecture is a plus
