As Client Success Manager you will be a member of the Campaign Strategy team at LeagueSide.
About the Campaign Strategy Team:
Our Campaign Strategy team is the defensive team that wins championships here at LeagueSide. You will serve as the quarterback for your client's campaigns at LeagueSide and be responsible for figuring out how LeagueSide can help the client meet their marketing objectives, implementing that across the campaign, product, and league operations teams, as well as effectively positioning the results of each client's campaign to demonstrate the success of the partnership.
Ultimately, you will ensure that our clients renew and spend more money with LeagueSide, and you’ll help make youth sports more accessible at the same time.
About the Client Success Manager (Campaign Strategist) Job:
Be the “quarterback” for all your accounts. Serve as the person that translates the client’s goals into an effective LeagueSide strategy that is implemented across our team
Onboard clients and develop a deep understanding of their goals and priorities to ensure we are designing a campaign that meets their expectations
Work with the League Operations team to effectively translate the client's goals into LeagueSide sponsorship campaigns.
Track and measure the performance of each client's campaign and ensure we are on track to hit the client's goals.
Optimize underperforming campaigns through developing and implementing new creative initiatives or tactics to help us achieve the client's marketing goals.
Identify opportunities to add value to our clients’ campaigns and go above and beyond to deliver and present that value.
Manage the day to day relationship with the client. Provide updates and analysis of the client’s campaign to the main POC and DM
Analyze, report, and frame end of campaign data and results to the client to set the team up for successful renewal conversations
Build recommendations and strategy for the client’s next campaign. Build proposals that encompass those recommendations and translate them into more $$ for LeagueSide
Help us build the playbook for every step of the process. What is the best way to go about doing each phase or accomplishing each goal? How can we improve the process? What can we try or test to come up with a better solution?
Achieve 80% client retention across your book of clients and grow your accounts to achieve 125% net revenue retention.
Build strong and loyal relationships with clients, leagues, and your fellow LeagueSiders
You have 1 - 2 years of client success experience
You are impeccably organized and detail oriented and able to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables all at the same time. Your superpower is project management.

You communicate clearly and effectively with clients
You are able to identify each client's pain points and any potential up-sell and cross sell opportunities.

You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and implement different tactics if that's what will lead to success for the client. No task is beneath any team member!
