We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive who has the entrepreneurial bug and wants to be a part of building something. As part of the sales team, you’ll own client relationships end-to-end from prospecting to relationship management and renewals. Given we’re a startup, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the sales process and help build our organization as we scale. You’ll be joining an experienced team that has had success selling into Fortune 500 companies and eager to add someone with vision and the potential to be a sales leader.


-You’ll own the planning and execution of the entire sales and renewal cycle for your territory/vertical (with support from your team)
-Find Prospects- Engage with prospects through a variety of methods to maximize the potential for sales and long term relationships. You’ll know where to look and how to bring someone to the table.
-Gain Clients - Uncover needs of clients to determine qualification, develop customized proposals, handle objections and negotiate terms. You’ll effectively articulate our value to win new business.
-Cultivate Growth - deepen relationships with existing clients to unlock renewals and upsells. You’ll be able to turn smaller pilots into larger rollouts.
-Lead - you’ll have the opportunity to mentor other junior sales team members and have the opportunity to lead your own team after hitting milestones
-Be an owner -Gather and share feedback to inform sales enablement, operations, and product development and improve LeagueSide overall


-Experienced success in a high-performing sales environment and you want to use that knowledge to focus on a new challenge
-Have 4+ years sales experience with a variety of responsibilities across the entire sales cycle
-A people-person and can easily connect with someone you just met
-Held a quota and achieved multiple years of above-quota performance
-You’ve influenced the sales process at other organizations by making improvements and building playbooks that were shared across the sales team
-Entrepreneurial mindset
-Passion for youth sports
-Bonus Points if you’ve :
--sold to marketing, brand and/or customer acquisition
--sold marketing/advertising solutions with a consultative approach
--been a purchaser of marketing/advertising solutions yourself
--successfully drove sales in new segments/territories/industry verticals and/or sold new solutions
--handled client relationships to renew and upsell
