About You:

You have 3+ years of experience working in recruiting at a high-growth company, and have at least 5+ years of relevant experience. You may have spent time at a recruiting firm, but are excited to be working for a company, with ownership in building a team you will be working with. You understand how to proactively source candidates, turning passive candidates into active ones. You are process oriented, letting you manage the entire recruiting funnel, and putting hiring managers in position for success. You collaborate at all levels of an organization. You are comfortable with data and metrics, which lets you understand and communicate how we are performing against our goals. You are resourceful, capable of finding and managing outside recruiters if ever needed. You’re passionate about what you do and relate to our mission and values. You get excited every time you get a commitment from a new team member.

About the position:

We know that people separates great companies from good ones. As Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll be owning our recruiting initiatives, leading the strategy and execution that will let us attract and hire amazing team members that will be long-term contributors..


- Lead all aspects of the full-lifecycle recruiting process
- Be a partner to our department leaders to help define our talent needs and recruiting strategies needed to fill roles
- Use LinkedIn and other tools to source top candidates that meet our hiring needs and create a robust talent pipeline.
- Design and implement external candidate marketing and proactive recruiting programs and processes that attract, select and retain a qualified, diverse workforce
- Utilize our ATS and other systems to optimize the delivery, quality, diversity, and compliance of all recruiting activities
- Ensure the best candidate experience from application thru on-boarding
- Define, track and analyze talent acquisition metrics and develop practical tracking and reporting methods to monitor and improve performance, including cost per hire, hiring cycle time, quality of hire, turnover, competitive hiring measures, and new hire engagement measures.
- Select and oversee of tools, vendors, technology and assets used to support highly effective talent acquisition.
- Be passionate about Talent Acquisition, be an internal and external ambassador for the organization
- Regularly update leadership on current and future state of talent acquisition initiatives.
- Develop, gain approval for and manage the Talent Acquisition budget

- 5+ years of direct talent acquisition experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Background in tech and sales recruiting a plan
- Proven ability to manage and execute all phases of the Recruitment cycle
- Personality to be a magnet for talent
- Data Driven. You embrace using data and metrics to drive a people operations strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills
- Excellent project management and organization skills in order to work and lead several initiatives simultaneously, effectively and efficiently
- A collaborative and cooperative work style; outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities
