Customer Success Manager

As a customer success manager at LeadIQ, you will be responsible to establish and scale the customer success program, which includes onboarding new customers, helping customer adoption, managing new accounts, supporting current accounts, engaging and retaining customers, and working on upsell and growth opportunity.

You will be working with a fun and diverse group of team members who enjoy working on building a great revolutionary product for the sales industry.

The Product

We are on a mission to revolutionize sales industry using data science. Our product helps our customers to collect and enrich their target prospects. Our internal data processing combines human intelligence and data science to enable our customers to find perfect contact information and save to their existing platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, and etc.

The Responsibilities

On the day to day activities, we need you to :

- Manage the onboarding of new customers, driving them to get value, and assist with implementation

- Maintain high level of engagement and communication with customers to drive successful adoption

- Partner with cross functional teams to communicate customer needs and feedback.

- Assist sales in setting up prospective customers for successful onboarding

- Act as a thought leader and advocate for LeadIQ product.


About you

- Key requirements are great communication skills, great people skills, and great project management skills as you will be dealing with people everyday! :)
- Passionate about the mission of LeadIQ
- 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing customer success, professional services, or account management role. SaaS experience preferred.
- Proven track record in delivering value to customers
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a sense of urgency
- Passionate to discover and solve problems that move the needle and prove the impact
- Be outcome driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen, be customer focused, team and results-oriented
- An industry background (CRM software or direct marketing) is a strong plus
